The chamber's breakfast seminar series, “Bagels & Business," meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 8:00am in the Oviedo Mall Community Room.
Doors open at 8:00 am with light breakfast and networking until 8:30 am when the program will begin. The program will continue until around 9:30 am, allowing time for our busy business professionals to make it to their work destinations.
Topic: Customer Service, Going Beyond the Basics
Attendees will learn the essence and importance of an organizations focus on excellence when it comes to Customer Service. If we do not take care of our customers someone else will!! As with the operational processes & procedures of an organization it is imperative to have an unwavering corporate culture that is Customer Service driven, the Golden Rule. This philosophy should focus on delivering an experience to each customer consistently, keeping the promise of the brand.
