About Us

The Florida Institute for Community Inclusion (FL-ICI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering students (ages 14–21) with autism, disabilities, and other inclusions as they transition from high school into the workforce.

Our Career Camps serve students during school breaks and introduce them to a variety of career paths through classroom learning, hands-on activities, and site visits, giving them valuable insight into various industries. and opportunities for future employment.

SOAR Beyond 22, (Support, Opportunity, Acceptance, Respect) fills that gap and is designed to support young adults as they move beyond high school into the next stage of life.
