Description
If dementia is a part of your world, we think you deserve some relaxation. The Alzheimer’s & Dementia Embrace the Moment Excursion is a free event for a person living with dementia and their care partner. Enjoy the Butterfly Encounter, stroll the gorgeous nursery, and have lunch. Space is limited and RSVPs are required.
