Description
Come spend your Saturday afternoon strengthening your bond as a family while learning new ways to calm your minds and bodies! Amanda Schofield, owner at Empowered Wellness, is a Certified Kids Yoga Teacher through Kidding Around Yoga (KAY). Family classes are designed for kids ages 3 - 10 and their parents. No prior yoga experience is required to attend the class. KAY classes incorporate fun music, yoga games and stories, mindfulness activities, and meditation.
