This month, we will hear from Chief Operating Officer, Wendy Sellers from BlackRain Partners.

Accountability
In this session, you will learn that accountability starts with you. Motivating your team through trust enables and enhances collaboration and therefore improves performance. You will also learn how to be a more consistent and transparent leader, how to better manage expectations for all involved upfront, and how to hold others accountable for results by using deadlines and follow up.
