The Mother’s Day 5k is more than just a race; it’s a special morning to celebrate lives. With a growing participation of over 1,000, the run/walk has provided a unique outlet for all groups to celebrate a special day for the special women in their lives and honoring those they have lost. Interested in volunteering? We are looking for dedicated volunteers to assist with the important tasks to keep our participants safe and encouraged for our Mother’s Day 5k. Volunteers must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or be accompanied by a chaperone, and all volunteers receive a complimentary Event Volunteer t-shirt. Volunteer positions include event central tasks, race course set-up, and race course involvement. *Note: We will do our best to accommodate job preferences, but reserve the right to assign volunteers as needed.
