Join us at our first seminar in our Small Business U Series. This is a workshop created by our Economic Development Committee designed to target the specific needs of the small business. Whether you are dreaming of starting your own business, a start up getting yourself up and running, or a business looking to grow and expand, you will find valuable information at this series. The event begins with networking and will conclude with lunch.

Strategic Planning, Growth Planning, Long-Range Planning, Visioning … whatever you call it, your organization needs to know where it’s headed and how it’s going to get there. And everyone needs to be on the same page, to be aligned, especially members of your senior leadership team. You need to CREATE FOCUS!
 
The first workshop in the Business U Series will focus on helping you understand the mechanics of building an annual growth plan for 2020 including:
