Oom Yung Doe, Traditional Martial Arts School, is hosting "World Tai Chi Day 2023" at the Oviedo Aquatic Center in the grassy area near the pavilions
You will learn low impact movements that are time-proven Traditional Martial Arts techniques known to strengthen and balance one’s internal and external condition.
These techniques consist of focused breathing and fluid movement that allows the joints to move through a full
range of motion, stretch and strengthen connective tissue while toning and loosening the muscles. The
movements also stimulate proper function of internal systems and organs.
Movements beneficial to all ages and abilities.
