Description
Ready to practice your eagle pose with a live eagle? Join us for Zen Birding Yoga at the Audubon Center for Birds of Prey. Enjoy the Center before we're open to the public for a gentle guided yoga class with a certified instructor, a tour of the Audubon Center and meeting bird ambassadors up close! Our inaugural Zen Birding Yoga will take place March 15, 2020 from 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m. All experience levels welcome; please bring your own water bottle and yoga mat. A fee of $15 covers the yoga class, plus a Center tour and admission. Tickets are required for this event. Namaste!
